Though a little shop worn, and have had a sometimes hard life, I am grateful for what has been full of joy and wonder and beauty. I spend my time between California and Nova Scotia. I have been blessed with two great children and a fantastic son-in-law. I wish I could travel more! I love music, photography, animals, sunsets, good coffee and good food. I am a vegetarian and most of the time, vegan. I value my friends.
I wish I had enough assets to make select others' dreams come true. I am an avowed animal rights activist and support monkey wrenching activities as a form of education for those who mistreat animals. This stance makes me a terrorist, don't you know? Oh, I write and like poetry and non-fiction. Loren Eiseley is my favorite author. Tennesee Williams' (imho) best work was NIGHT OF THE IGUANA. Great poem in there, too. I like ee cummmings, too. As is Lawrence Ferlinghetti, I am awaiting a rebirth of wonder and for the American Eagle to sit up and fly right.
